Build an Instagram chatbot without writing code

Most “build your own chatbot” tools hand you a blank canvas of boxes and arrows and leave you to work out what to put in it. JaldiDM's no-code chatbot builder does one job: Instagram. You choose what starts the conversation, write what gets sent, and switch it on. No code, no API keys, no app review — it runs on the official Instagram API that JaldiDM already has.

Every chatbot is a trigger plus a reply

Strip away the jargon and a chatbot flow is two decisions. What starts it? A keyword in a comment on a post or reel, a reply to one of your stories, or a person's first DM. What does it send? A message, a link, buttons that lead to the next message, or a product card. The builder walks through those two decisions screen by screen, with a phone preview that shows exactly what the customer will see.

Then come the optional steps: ask the person to follow your account before the link is sent, collect a phone number into your Leads list, or post a public reply under their comment so the post looks active. Each is a toggle, not a programming task.

Your first chatbot in ten minutes

1. Connect your Instagram Professional (Business or Creator) account.
2. Pick a trigger — for example, comments containing “price” on one reel.
3. Write the DM and add a button with your link.
4. Optionally add a public comment reply and a follow-before-link step.
5. Switch it on, then comment from a second account to watch it reply.

Keywords that match how people really type

People don't comment the exact word you chose. They write “Price?”, “prices pls” or “what is the price of this”. Smart Matching catches word forms and keywords inside longer sentences, so you list a handful of words rather than every spelling. More on this in keyword trigger automation.

Several chatbots, no double replies

You can run a general automation on all your posts and a specific one on a single reel. The most specific one answers: a comment on that reel gets the reel's reply, every other post gets the general one, and nobody receives two DMs for one comment.

Free to try, then a flat price

The builder is fully unlocked for a 7-day trial with no card. After that it's ₹399/month for Pro, ₹999/month for Pro Plus or ₹3,999/year, plus 18% GST. There is no permanently free plan, and the price doesn't climb with your contact count. If you want the chatbot to handle open-ended questions too, add the AI chatbot on top of your rules.
